Access Entry celebrating 20 years in Business

Access Entry commenced operations in February 2001 selling its first automatic door operator to Southern Glass in Tasmania. The business was established by two Ex BWN Automatic Doors General Managers with a simple philosophy – to provide a cost effective automatic door operator supported by exceptional service.

We are pleased that this philosophy is still the focus of the management team today, and is supported by the loyalty of some of our great customers like Aztec Windows, City Aluminium, Pacific Shopfitters and Westcoast Windows who have all been with us since day one. We thank them and every other customer that has worked with us over the last 20 years.

There has been plenty of change over the journey, in particular the last 5 years. We started with a single branch in Melverton Drive Hallam and now have a national distributor footprint with our own established branches in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

Today we are the exclusive partner of Gilgen Door Systems based in Schwarzenburg, Switzerland. Gilgen are one of Europe’s leading automatic door companies. We have access to their complete range of Automatic Pedestrian Door systems. Gilgen were recently awarded the Platform Screen doors for the new Sydney Rail program for the new underground train stations.
